Implement, and maintain security infrastructure across multiple vendors including: Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) L3/L4 Firewalls Web Application Firewalls (WAF) Identity and Access Control solutions Secure web gateways and security proxies SASE Manage network segmentation, zoning, VPN connectivity, cryptography standards, and DoS/DDoS protection mechanisms to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
Administer and support enterprise voice and collaboration platforms including Avaya, Cisco and Contact Center solutions.
Monitor network and security infrastructure using enterprise monitoring and logging tools, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and take corrective actions proactively.
Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex network, communication, and security incidents while providing third-level support for critical business services.
Ensure proper documentation, configuration management, backup validation, disaster recovery readiness, and adherence to change management processes.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and outsourced support providers to ensure service availability, operational excellence, and successful project delivery.
Participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, audits, and security improvement initiatives.
Technical Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies including routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
