The German University in Cairo is looking for highly qualified and motivated Lecturer in Communications & Electronics Engineering. Successful candidate will be responsible for teaching courses such as Computer System Architecture, Channel Coding, Control Systems, Digital signal processing, wireless and mobile communications, Information Theory & Coding, Network Planning, optimization, optical fiber communications, transmission and switching, high-speed routing & switching technologies, internet technologies, and Networks Protocols. In addition, the candidate shall be capable of teaching fundamental courses as electrical Circuits and Digital Logic Circuits. The candidate will also responsible for the cooperative participation in the Advanced Communication Laboratory Courses in addition to supervise Bachelor and Master thesis in the faculty of IET
Candidates should hold a doctorate / Ph.D. in a related area, and should demonstrate a track record or potential for conducting and supervising leading research projects. Some experience and demonstrated interest in interactive media are desirable.
