LI Project Manager

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Act as enabler for close the loop technique (find the development synergies and pick up / address, as early as possible, the productions /efficiencies gaps)

• Managing and following up on streams of the projects of the SIO Transformation (Smart Innovative Operations).
• Prepare the monthly progress report of the SIO projects.
• Present the project commercial status within the monthly review committee with Air Liquide Egypt & AMEI HUB management.
• Close follow up of the production planning & reporting, daily & monthly with sites’ teams.
• Manage the data entries viability and the KPI highlights and cascade the gaps (if any) and conclude the mitigation actions with the actions’ owners at sites.
• Creating a detailed analysis outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for all Large Industries (LI) sites.
• Defining LI requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.
• Perform analysis of Productions' KPI variance.
• Timely follow up for Budgeting and forecasting and production invoicing.
• Manage, with the bulk management team, the bulk movement (insource and outsource) including the ERP workflow (quantities and costs).
• Manage the LI projects (Fire Fighting upgrads ...)
• Acting as a digital Solution owner for eAPP, Geode, Alert IT, eSafety… as part of the SIO Transformation.
• Manage the implementation of the digital solutions
• Work hand in hand with the sites’ team on the typical used solutions.
• Train the new users of the digital solutions, if any, and ensure application consistency in all affected sites.

• Engineering degree is a must
• 5+ Years experience in Industrial Operations is a must; ASU background is an added advantage.
• Fluent English
• ERP knowledge, Oracle is preferred
• Analysis, reporting and presenting skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving
