What We Look For


We are looking for a highly motivated, curious and passionate marketer to join our growing team and be part of building and managing FreePL, a tech-driven logistics startup.


As a marketing specialist, you will work closely with the leadership team and will be highly involved in developing and updating the brand strategy, building the brand and the day-to-day brand management with a focus on digital, PR and employer branding.


Responsibilities include developing, managing and executing all marketing activities across channels from marketing campaigns, creating content, conducting market research, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Conduct market research to identify and analyse growth opportunities, customer needs and preferences, and provide insights to support brand company strategy.
  • Develop and execute marketing activities and campaigns across multiple mediums and channels including social media, email, content marketing etc.
  • Create content or overlook content creation for blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials online and offline.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing metrics, and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Assist in coordinating events and promotions, including logistics, vendor management, and budget tracking.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, and paid search etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Overlook and manage creative and production agencies, while developing and maintaining relationships with media outlets, vendors, and partners.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating memorable brand experiences.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies across different topics.

Qualifications & Work Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or any related field.
  • 3+ years of experience.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and use insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with content creation and digital marketing is favourable.
  • Graphic design Animation, Copywriting or any other skills is a plus.
  • Experience working with agencies, media outlets, vendors, and partners to develop and execute campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
