Job Description

  • Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection, and evaluation procedures for microfinance and donor-funded projects
    to track progress, assess impact, and optimize project outcomes
  • Monitor all project activities, especially those funded by donors to track progress and ensure alignment with project
    objectives, outputs
  • Recommend further improvement of the logical framework to facilitate further improvement in project planning,
    implementation, and evaluation
  • Develop monitoring and impact indicators for the project objectives enabling comprehensive assessment of progress
    and outcomes in line with project goals and requirements
  • Provide insights and feedback to the Project Manager regarding project strategies and activities, facilitating informed
    decision-making and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct capacity assessments on existing monitoring and evaluation systems, evaluating their effectiveness and
    identifying areas for enhancement to ensure robust data collection and analysis procedures
  • Provide input and update project documentation, ensuring donor compliance to maintain compliance and transparency
    throughout project implementation
  • Gather, analyze, and report data on project outcomes to promote transparency and guide strategic decision-making
    processes
