About the job OD Executive

Job Description:


The OD Executive will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for the organization. This role requires a deep knowledge of the organization's mission, goals, and objectives and will collaborate with a variety of departments to ensure proper training is provided. 


The OD Executive must be someone who is able to develop and implement effective training programs, provide support and guidance to the organization, and work effectively with team members. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, with a passion for learning and development, and is able to work independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
- Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify training priorities and align them with organizational goals.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration.


- From 3-4 years of relevant experience.


- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for employees at various levels within an organization.


- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.


- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.


- Proficiency in using learning management systems and other training software tools.
