Job Description
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the [food & beverage/retail] business, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and workforce scheduling.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain quality control standards for all products and services, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline operational processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions to enhance productivity
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold quality standards and address any deviations promptly.
- Oversee inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and waste.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of Experience
- Specialty Coffee Industry
- Managed several branches before
- Microsoft Office Programs
- Presentable
- Strong Character
- Excellent level of English
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Fridays & Saturdays are off
- Work Location: Heliopolis.
