Operations, Air Export 

Handling Customers Air Export operations

• Arrange and confirm booking for Export shipments.
• Organize transportation for shipments pick ups
• Preparing all the documents and the waybills that should accompany the cargo along with the customs procedures and until it reaches port of destination
• Pre-advising all the concerned parties by email about departed shipments
• update shipment data on system– with concern Data Quality.
• Following up on shipments arrival with airlines until delivery of them at destination
• Preparing daily, monthly report as needed and as required by management and/or clients
• Notify customers of the arrival of freight and deliver as per shipping terms
• Skills 
• Solving Problems — Analyzing information to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Getting Information — Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
• Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work —plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work tasks
• Experience
• MIn 2 years of experience within simillar porition
