About the role: We are looking for an operations manager to manage the daily operations of a functional work stream. The operations manager’s responsibilities include launching and optimizing processes, identifying opportunities, documenting processes, improving KPIs, meeting targets, and presenting to leadership on business reviews. To be successful as an operations manager, you should be committed to being accountable for workstream KPIs, eager to improve operations, be process-oriented, customer-obsessed, and be able to achieve targets while ensuring operational efficiency & excellence. + Bachelor's degree preferred. (Masters is a plus)
