We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at SRV
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including warehouse management and logistics coordination
- Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:- 1-2 years of experience in operations, preferably in the FMCG industry or Appliances sector
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using inventory management and logistics software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
