7+ years of procurement experience within a manufacturing company. University degree in Business or equivalent. High Proficiency in Arabic & English language is a must. High proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP Systems. A strong understanding of business law, country regulations for import, raw material sourcing, procurement of technical parts, and outstanding negotiation skills. Ability to organize diverse information, analyze and solve disputes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with people inside and outside the organization are required.* Strong understanding of factors that influence manufacturing, cost and quality of operations is preferred.
