• Observe and record all changeover activities.
• Create changeover timing chart.
• Identify bottlenecks.
• Perform time and motion analysis for CO activities steps.
• Separate internal activities from external activities
• Optimize Internal and external efforts.
• 8 types of material losses
• Yield understanding and how to improve it.
• Waste elimination tools and processes.
• Problem solving, PDCA cycles and other Lean tools.
• Become familiar with KHC’s manufacturing process.
