JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for production planning & scheduling for all manufacturing lines in order to fulfill sales needs (Finished Goods) on time in full, through close follow up for planning execution appropriately with all stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Ensure local coordination on all Sanofi Group (internal) and third-party (external) sourcing issues Manage the implementation of all sourcing decisions (new product, manufacturing source changes within the production capacity approval). Investigate and solve any problem in order to assure the availability of the product for sales. Follow up changes of Packing Materials with Sanofi PMS team. Prepare and implement a Master Production Schedule and delivery plan for the plant and prepare delivery deviation report. Liaise with Market SC to ensure an effective rolling-forecast process is in place; establish and implement directives for production planning and inventory control to conform to both long and short range finished good requirements. Liaise with third party manufacturers with regards to production requirements and deliveries of materials and finished goods in Cooperation with the Plant Logistics Department Ensure effective inventory management processes are in place to assure the delivery, short supply and bottle-neck issues. Manage, control and optimize local inventory levels to meet business requirements, ensuring effective forecasting systems are in place which guarantee reactivity to the market demands, in line with business forecasts turnovers and investment objectives. Reduction of total time along a product axis from purchasing of starting materials to delivery of our drug products to our Market SC (process cycle time). Interpretation of OOS & Alert Report for Market SC Twice a Month Report with the Market Sc the Rupture report on Monthly Bases Rupture root cause analysis & action plan Build a teamwork atmosphere to ensure proper flow of work in the department and its effectiveness. Build together with the team members and HR development plans to further enhance the skills and competencies of the team, through coaching, delegation and training. Maintains the Materials Master for all Materials through SAP System (feeding, creating, modifying, deleting and displaying under pin code). Maintains the Materials Master for all Materials on the GMID System (feeding, creating, modifying, deleting and displaying under Global pin code). Issue all Purchase Orders for Vendors (Packaging Materials) based on MRP performed on SAP Athena. Maintains all Info. Records related to CMO manufacturing (Creating, modifying, deleting). Complete follow up of the demand and the forecast dispersion of all our SKUs through Kinaxis Weekly adjust the plan in SAP Athena according to the demand received . Follow all the MOH approval for Active ingredients transfer for Toll out Manufacturing. Responsible for consideration of export demand approval planning & production in order to fulfill on time & in full .
HSE Responsibilities:
Assure the full implementation of all action plans related to HSE, within plant logistics scope Commitment to the appropriate PPE use. Follow the approved HSE policy and requirements. Following the statutory legislation concerning Health, Safety and environmental law. Hydrocarbons/ hazardous substance & waste segregation in accordance with approved waste management system. Optimum Energy use
Others:
Perform other duties as assigned. Respect of company’s values, code of ethics and social charter. Respect of personal data protection charter. Responsible for applying the HSE related requirements for the company in all related working procedures.
JOB-HOLDER’s ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:*
Education:
Bachelor's degree in related field (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Science, Commerce, Logistics, … etc.)
Related Experience:
8-10 years pharmaceutical industry experience within Quality, Logistics and Supply chain.
