Job Description

EgyBell is hiring Driver for a multinational diplomatic entity located in Cairo.
Job Purpose:
Driver should provide the needed support in all the transport-related duties. He should effectively provide timely and secure driving services to transport bank staff to their desired destinations. Driver should ensure that the vehicle is clean at all times and should follow its maintenance schedule and service interval. He should have good knowledge of traffic network and follow all local traffic rules and ensure that all passengers are following safety regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Main Duties (Transport of staff):
- Drive the staff to work and back and to occasions, if needed, in a timely and secure manner.
- Ensure that the vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid any fines.
- Ensure that the vehicle is clean at all times and that a routine washing is performed to all its parts.
Vehicle Maintenance Management:
- In conjunction with accredited car workshop, maintain regular and scheduled car inspections and maintenance in order to ensure that it is always in good condition.
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance, where required, and consistently check “Oil and Car tires” and ensure that all needed tools are available at all times.
- Maintain a detailed and adequate “Log Book” of each performed service.
Safety regulations and passes:
- Follow safety regulations and local laws governing vehicle operation and ensure that passengers follow safety regulations.
- Schedule annual vehicle examination and apply for the renewal for the vehicle license.
- Report any accidents, injuries, and/ or vehicle damage to the bank management in a timely manner.
Others: Provide any other related task as may be requested.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field. 4 – 6 years of experience in the same position. Proven work experience as a Driver in diplomatic entities. Very good up to excellent English level. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency. Exceptional communication and time management skills.
