Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of client engagements and analytics projects across advisory and analytics workstreams. The Project Manager will coordinate consultants, economists, data scientists, and internal stakeholders while managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and client communication. Key ResponsibilitiesEngagement & Project Delivery
  • Own the full engagement lifecycle from project kickoff through final delivery.


  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and ownership structures.


  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality expectations.


  • Coordinate multiple concurrent advisory and analytics engagements.


  • Maintain visibility into project status and delivery progress.


Cross-Functional Team Coordination
  • Coordinate consultants, economists, data scientists, and other stakeholders across multiple workstreams.


  • Sequence work effectively to ensure project timelines remain on track.


  • Remove blockers and support efficient project execution.


  • Maintain alignment across project stakeholders and contributors.


  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and leadership.


Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for client delivery activities.


  • Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding project status and deliverables.


  • Ensure client expectations are managed appropriately throughout engagements.


  • Support a high-touch client experience through responsiveness and ownership.


  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.


Project Economics & Resource Management
  • Manage project scope, budgeting, and resource allocation.


  • Monitor project efficiency and profitability.


  • Support capacity planning and resource management across multiple engagements.


  • Evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for optimization.


  • Maintain visibility into project economics and utilization.


Risk Management & Operational Excellence
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and potential project challenges proactively.


  • Develop mitigation plans to address project risks.


  • Ensure project delivery standards are maintained consistently.


  • Support process improvement initiatives across project management functions.


  • Contribute to operational scalability and delivery excellence.


Process Improvement & Organizational Development
  • Improve project management playbooks, templates, and delivery processes.


  • Standardize project management methodologies and workflows.


  • Support implementation and adoption of project management tools.


  • Contribute to organizational best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.


  • Help create scalable systems that support long-term growth.


Qualifications Experience
  • 5+ years of project management or program management experience.


  • Experience working within professional services, consulting, analytics, research, or similar environments preferred.


  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.


  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


  • Experience overseeing project budgets, resourcing, and project economics.


  • Experience serving as a client-facing point of contact during project delivery.


  • Experience implementing project management processes and methodologies.


  • Experience managing project risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.


  • Bachelor's degree required.


  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
