About the role We are seeking a highly motivated Publishing Specialist with a passion for the Automotive industry to join our team. As the Publishing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and relevance of car data on our website, ensuring a seamless experience for potential buyers. Additionally, you will provide essential support to our studio photographers, facilitating an efficient car photography process.
What You’ll Do
Enter and update car data on our website accurately, including model, year, specifications, and other relevant information.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of car information and features.
Conduct research to gather and verify car-related information when necessary, such as specifications and technical details.
Assist the studio photographer in organizing and preparing cars for photography sessions, including understanding the flow of car photography processes.
Coordinate with our internal departments to gather necessary information and assets for car listings.
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the Automotive industry to enhance the quality and effectiveness of car listings.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of car information.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree and previous experience in a similar role, such as data entry or automotive publishing.
Having a valid driver's license.
A genuine passion for the Automotive industry and an active interest in cars.
Basic knowledge of cars, including models and general automotive terminology.
Strong research skills to independently gather information and stay updated with the latest trends in the Automotive industry.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and consistent data entry.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with systems and data entry tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with the capability to meet deadlines.
