3. Responsible for the Suppliers’ Prequalification and approval Process.
4. Responsible for the customer complaints and satisfaction processes.
5. Responsible for prequalification processes of our company with new customers.
6. Responsible for updating the procedures and the integration with the ERP system.
7. Understanding the needs and expectations of Interested Parties.
8. Review the audit records (check lists & NCRs).
9. Identifying and evaluated the risks on the business and sharing in strategic planning.
