Raya Foods, one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring an Engineer (Quality Assurance).
- Ensure that the CCPs (Critical Control Points) monitoring system is implemented and timely reported.
- Implement MSCS (Master Cleaning Schedule) with the hygiene and sanitation teams.
- Follow up on the progress of IPM (Integrated Pest Management).
- Ensure that all food safety standards and PRPs (Prerequisites’ Program) are implemented.
- responsible for product safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and documentation.
- Ensure employees are following all food safety and worker safety practices.
- Collect product samples for product development and lab retention.
- Perform inspections on products, equipment, and machinery.
- Conduct temperature checks on products, ensure all HACCP and Health Authority rules and regulations are followed, and manage log books.
