Job Description

Duties and responsibilities


  • Assessing the functionality of software to ensure that it is in line with the requirements of the customer based on functional specifications and according to the project plan.


  • Review Requirements and understand design of the system to be implemented
  • Design and write test cases and test scripts
  • Execute assigned test cases
  • Log issues and tracks them until closure
  • Report test execution status to senior/Principle/lead
  • Communicates with the Scrum Master/Senior/Principle/Lead task issues and schedule
  • Ability to understand new testing techniques, technologies, & tools
  • Takes higher ownership for the tasks and duties assigned

Requirments :


  • Good understanding of software development & testing process
  • Good Knowledge in working with a test management tools
  • Good understanding in test design
  • Very good understanding in software testing types & techniques
  • Good SQL Scripting skills
  • Basic Knowledge in test planning and test strategy design
