"MERAS" is hiring an experienced Real Estate Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. As an Estate Sales Representative you will be responsible for: • Provide guidance and assist buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Handle all customers’ segmentation to maximize company sales.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Presenting our projects in a structured professional way face to face or over the phone.
• Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson for
at least 1-2 years (Brokerage experience) • Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, Problem-solving skills and communication skills
• Presentable
• MS Office familiarity
• CRM experience is preferred
• Very good command in English Language
