Job Description
Receives visitors, obtains name and nature of business, and schedules appointments to direct them properly for the concerned department Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure documentation of every file Performs clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and sorting mail to ensure any related facility delivery Implements the facility management program including preventive maintenance life cycle requirement to ensure facility safety Conducts regular facility inspections to avoid any facilities issues
