We are seeking an experienced Research- Focused Recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing, headhunting and interviewing to join our team. This is a key role that involves identifying, attracting, and placing top talent sfor our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including online databases, social media platforms, networking events, and industry-specific forums, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Conduct in-depth research to map out the competitive landscape and identify potential candidate pools within the industry.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates by proactively reaching out and establishing relationships with passive candidates.
- Engage candidates in meaningful conversations, showcasing the company's culture, opportunities, and value proposition.
- Screen potential candidates through interviews and preliminary assessments to evaluate their suitability for the roles.
- Provide a seamless candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates throughout the sourcing and recruitment process.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and emerging talent acquisition strategies to continuously improve sourcing techniques.
- Collaborate with the broader talent acquisition team to share insights, best practices, and innovative approaches to enhance overall recruitment efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, HR or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Researcher or Sourcer, preferably with a focus on headhunting and passive candidate engagement.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, industry trends, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent research and data mining skills, with the ability to leverage online databases, search engines, and social media platforms effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet sourcing targets and deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and sourcing challenges.
