Job Description

  • Work closely with both Sales/Presales Teams to achieve Organization’s (Giza Systems Integration) Target for recurring business.
  • Work with Target schema for Customer Success Team.
  • Meet Business Continuity strategy imposed by Giza in different customer offerings.
  • Well updated with new technologies and how to integrate different solutions to achieve the customer requirements.
  • Able to define the Vendor(s) that best meets the requirements explored/gathered from different customers, even if the required products are out of Giza portfolio.
  • Communicate and engage directly with the vendors/suppliers, to explore and understand the level of different alliance/partnerships and which best fits Giza and its Business strategy plans (per region). And its impact/benefits to Giza customers.
  • Provide the support for both Account team and Technical/Presales Team to Achieve their Targets for recurring business.
  • Analyze Potential Markets Before Product Partnership/Launch.
  • Craft Sales Pitches for Sales Team
  • Assist Sales Team in Qualifying Prospects
  • Provide recurring business models Knowledge/ Support to Sales Team
  • Participate in Strategy Meetings with Sales/Presales/Marketing Team
  • Involve in major recurring business offerings strategies.
  • Provide support to Sales/Presales to respond to recurring business RFQs.
  • Preparing Pipeline sheet based on Sales engagement. And be ready for review on a weekly basis by Director of Business.
