Job Description:
1. Receiving and processing inquiries.
2. Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
3. Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
4. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
5. Compiling monthly sales reports.
6. Directly schedule meetings with potential customers.
Job Requirements:
1. Graduates
2. Very good English level
3. Past experience in Telesales
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Passion for Interior Design Field.
