Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for SAP SF Compensation Consultant for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.
This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and challenge business requirement and drive workshops    
• Write and present the detailed functional specifications         
• Validate development during qualification tests.         
• Support the company's development team during technical design and development phase         
• Support business team during UAT Tests         

Requirements:

• Effective communication skills and able to relay information well in both written and verbal form         
• Good interpersonal interaction and able to work well with the team and Client stakeholders.   
• Good to have skills: SAFe, Agile
• Must have skills: Business Analysis and Agile Knowledge
