About the role:


Responsibilities:


  • Putting the different Successfactors modules, for example Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, etc. into use. 
  • Collecting business requirements, defining functional specifications with stakeholders, design process, testing, configuration, and data conversion. 
  • Be in charge of all requests for system customization and utilization.
  • Keep track of delivery quality and performance, including system testing. 
  • Manage all change requests, confirm all budget and schedule effects, secure stakeholder support, and notify all teams of approved modifications.

Requirements:


For this role we're not prioritizing experience, we're very happy to consider candidates from 1+ years of experience preferrable as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or fresh graduates of ITI, YPP, iStart , etc. with the right motivation and drive to meet what we're looking for this role, we're also welcoming career shifters in the early stages of their career.


  • 1+ years of experience or relevant SAP certification.
  • Completed studies in fields such as business computer science, business administration, or human resources management, or substantial commercial/technical training coupled with several years of professional experience are highly valued.
  • Experience in implementation projects related to SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HR systems is preferable.
  • Self-motivated and independent.
  • A diligent person who is willing to learn and advance in their career.
  • Strong analytical skills such as time management and problem-solving.
