We are currently looking for an Security Manager to join our amazing team at Crowne Plaza West Cairo – Arkan.
Your day to day:
Coordinate and organize the day-to-day operations of the department. Ensure Safety and security of guests, employees and hotel buildings. Crime prevention and investigation Security systems including security patrols, surveillance systems, door locking mechanisms, control of restricted areas, monitoring of master keys, etc.
Initiating or maintaining policies and procedures for general safety and security. Training of staff for emergency procedures. Ensure all patrolling, inspection and escort duties are performed to a high standard. Ensure firearms and other weapons are not carried by staff when on duty. Ensure firearms and other weapons are not carried by Guests and visitors…etc. Supervise emergency drills. Check and analyse all incoming reports to formalize action plan. Ensure the all security personnel as well as hotel’s staff are adhering to P&P and security procedures.. Coordinate with the local investigator in crimes & accident handling and investigating. Prepare security plan for specific events (seminar, conference,wedding etc.)
What we need from you:
+5 years of similar experience Leadership skills Excellent communication skills Very Good knowledge of safety practices.
