Job Description

We're hiring an Offshore Senior Accountant from Egypt with a Saudi Wholesale Trade/Import-Export company.

Job Responsibilities:-
  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
  • Publish financial statements in time.
  • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
  • Reporting the treasury activities and bank transactions on revenues and expenses on a daily basis. 
  • Handle weekly, monthly closings.
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
  • Ensure the follow-up and clearance of all advances/petty cash on a daily/weekly basis. 
  • Keeping documents of collection and expenses in special files regularly and in a proper manner. 
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Follow up on Accounts payable and payments.
  • Audit financial transactions and verifying financial documents.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Commerce Department of Accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience in Accounting and Financial Services as a Senior Accountant.
  • MUST HAVE Experience in accounting regulations and procedures (GAAP).
  • MUST HAVE Experience in the Odoo ERP System Specially (ODOO FINANCE)
  • Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is must preferable 
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Excellent using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Native Arabic Speaker.
  • Excellent at English writing and speaking is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to Work under pressure.
  • High level of attention to details.
