Senior BIM Architect.

T.H.E Architects, Planners & Civil Engineers, Inc. is a premier architecture, planning and civil engineering firm in the Middle East. We are currently seeking a talented Senior Architect to join our team

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and plan layouts, elevations, and structure for residential and commercial real estate projects
• Manage all aspects of structural plan development
• Consolidate all architectural requirements and specifications
• Develop specialized architectural drawings
• Conduct inspections and obtain permits
• Promote and nurture positive business relationships through effective communication
• Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.
• Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.
• Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
• Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
• Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.
• Networking and consulting with various industry professionals.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is typically required.
• professional experience in architecture as a Senior Architect or Architect Teamleader(from 8 :10 years) of experience. 
• deep understanding of architectural design principles, engineering concepts, and construction techniques. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as Revit - AutoCAD -Sketchup - Lumion 
• strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate complex architectural projects, are necessary.
• Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to delegate tasks, guide team members, and collaborate effectively, are crucial.
