Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. 2-3 years of experience in cost accounting. Candidates should have a strong understanding of cost accounting principles, practices, and methodologies. Excellent analytical skills to analyze financial data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide insights to management. Proficiency in using accounting software (Oracle is preferred for sure) and advanced Excel skills are required. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements. Strong communication skills as he often collaborates with cross-functional teams, presents financial information to stakeholders and provides recommendations to management. Given the nature of cost accounting, meticulous attention to detail is crucial to accurately track and analyze costs, identify variances, and ensure the integrity of financial information. Fluency level in English language.
