Job Description


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement cost control strategies to ensure projects and operations remain within budget.
  2. Review and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  3. Work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to monitor project costs and identify potential risks.
  4. Prepare and present reports on cost control performance to senior management.
  5. Develop and maintain cost control procedures and policies.
  6. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely cost allocation and reporting.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance cost control efficiency.
  8. Provide guidance and support to cost control staff.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost control.
  10. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.


Skills

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering
  2. Proven experience in cost control in a real estate is a must.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
  5. Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  7. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  10. Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
