Overview of the role

 

The Senior Document Controller will be responsible for organization, and control of documents within the organization. Your role involves implementing and maintaining document control procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with various departments to streamline documentation processes and maintain accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of documents.

 

What you will do

 

  • Develop, implement, and enforce document control procedures and policies.
  • Oversee the management of electronic and hard copy documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Establish and maintain document control databases and systems.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate document submission and retrieval.
  • Perform quality checks on documents to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Generate reports and documentation metrics as required.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to document control procedures.
  • Train employees on document management processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with IT departments to improve document management systems and tools.
