Job Description
Role Purpose:
Responsible for developing software applications and product, Coaching juniors team members.
Responsibilities Design:
- in design of one or more modules.
- the agreed requirement adhering to the design documents of the project.
Investigation & Problem Solving:
- in deciding and recommending the technologies and tools that best fit the business requirements.
- and investigate to find out proper solution for technical problems.
- to compare and assess technical solutions & tools.
- personal ownership for issue resolution with no pointing finger attitude.
Reporting:
- time reporting and escalation of projects problems.
- and accurate reporting.
Coaching & Technical guidance:
- one or more modules of the project(s) under development.
- for providing technical guidance and coaching for the junior team members.
- code of juniors’ team members and recommends necessary rework.
Quality:
- the agreed requirement with high level of quality.
- code of junior’s members with providing clear feedback.
- number of defects during QA & UAT process.
Investigation & Problem Solving:
- and resolve software errors accurately on time.
- personal ownership for issue resolution with no pointing finger attitude.
- technical guidance & support for junior team members.
Technical Estimate:
Participate in the requirements estimation process.
Systems Support:
- production systems with taking care of implementing the required KPIs.
- to investigate the root cause, recommend and implement proper technical solution within the agreed SLA.

Requirements: - Work Experience:
- 3-7 years working experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or engineering or equivalent.
Technical skills:
- Excellent hands-on experience in Java (OOP, SOLID principals, design patterns, clean code, threading, streaming, …)
- Very good hands-on experience in Angular
- Very good experience in Spring framework (Spring boot, Spring data, Spring security, Spring cloud, ...)
- Very good experience in Microservice architecture & REST APIs
- Very good experience in Unit Testing & mocking
- Very good experience in Relational & No SQL Databases
- Very good experience in Caching and performance tuning
- Good experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD
- Nice to have experience in AWS Development
