As part of our team, you will work across multiple facets of the game’s development to deliver the greatest possible experience for players.  We are looking for the best of the best; talented, fun-loving people ready to join an entrepreneurial company on a rocket ride to the unknown.

• Joins engineering and scripting team in the development of Unity-based games for multiple platforms.

• Performs systems analysis, design, programming, and maintenance; creates time estimates for complex software products. 
• Works with managers to evaluate and make feature, schedule and resource trade-offs. 
• Creatively develops gameplay-related functionality in relevant programming and scripting languages per game design direction. 
• Interact closely with designers, artists, and animators to achieve the vision of the game. 
• Assists in creating accurate task lists and adheres to a schedule based on project specifications. 
• Reliably creates good quality, well documented, performance-sensitive code. 
• Provides coaching to develop skills of less experienced engineers, and assists them with the maintenance of their task lists and schedules. 
• Is a role model in communication, collaboration, passion, and work quality.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 

• 6+ years experience programming, with 2+ years managing an engineering team and code base.
• Thorough, almost supernatural command of applicable programming languages and software design practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Highly motivated and capable of substantial self-direction.
• A passion for games and game development 

• Substantial Unity game experience on published titles, preferably massively multiplayer titles.
