Job Description

  • Partnering with Product Managers to maximize AMAN customers’ value and boosting engagement through
  • data-driven insights and marketing initiatives for all AMAN Holding products.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of AMAN’s product offerings to align CVM strategies with customer
  • needs and market trends.
  • Utilize data analytics to analyze customer data and identify trends and opportunities to improve customer
  • retention, loyalty, and profitability.
  • Develop segmentation strategies to tailor AMAN product offerings to different customer groups based on
  • behaviors and needs.
  • Partner with marketing team to design, execute and manage targeted campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Develop and implement CVM strategies that drive engagement & growth.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business unit heads, and marketing to develop and implement CVM
  • strategies to drive growth and customer engagement.
  • Communicate insights and action plans with AMAN management and key stakeholders to influence decision
  • making related to product and marketing strategies.
  • Stay ahead of the latest technologies and trends in the Fintech industry and work on enhancing CVM
  • activities.
  • Partner with customer experience team to track customer satisfaction and feedback related to AMAN
  • products
