Job Description
Objective:
Responsible for planning and overseeing complex projects within an organization simultaneously, from the initial ideation to completion, scope, and development of project plans, Provide a big-picture perspective to manage projects that align with strategic business objectives.
What you'll do!
- Defining project goals and objectives and establishing projects’ timelines and milestones.
- Control identifying projects’ requirements and constraints and managing project risks.
- Monitor projects’ progress and report on projects’ status to the defined stakeholders.
- Identifying and resolving issues related to project delivery.
- Manage project resources to fulfill the project assignments.
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
- Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
- Overseeing the Scrum events and meetings if Agile applies.
- Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
- Establish practices, templates, policies, and tools to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
- Perform regular checks on the delivered projects for better enhancements.
What you should have!
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or any related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP)and/or CSMcertificationisamust
- Proficiencyinproject managementand agilemethodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban,or Waterfall
- Hands-onexperiencein project managementand reportingtools, such as Microsoft Project Plan and JIRA. This isa must.
- Understanding of software implementation processes
