Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking to hire aSenior Recruiterfor one of our partners, a multinational financial services company.

Responsibilities:


  •  Understanding Job Requirements: Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the technical skills, qualifications, and experience required for open positions.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract potential candidates with the desired skill sets.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and interviewing candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Candidate Assessment: Evaluating candidates' technical skills through coding challenges, technical assessments, and other relevant methods.
  • Maintaining Candidate Relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged and interested in future opportunities within the company.
  • Managing Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Keeping track of candidate information, interactions, and feedback within the ATS to ensure a smooth and organized recruitment process.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Working closely with hiring managers to provide regular updates on the recruitment process, gather feedback on candidates, and adjust search strategies as needed.
  • Offer Negotiation: Facilitating the negotiation process between candidates and hiring managers, including discussing compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations and data privacy laws.
  • Continuous Improvement: Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in recruitment and leveraging this knowledge to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Requirements:


  • University graduate, from an accredited and recognized University
  • Postgraduate study in HR is highly preferred
  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition functions, within multinational Companies’.
  • Must be well versed with different sourcing and interviewing techniques.
  • Previous experience in recruiting for technical & non-technical roles is a must. this could include experience as a technical recruiter, IT recruiter, or in a similar role where recruiting for technical positions
  • solid understanding of technical skills, technologies, and terminology relevant to the positions being recruited for
  • Very Good command of English language (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) or equivalent to Upper Intermediate level.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effectively liaising with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Advance level/skills in handling Microsoft windows excel, word, power point, etc.
  • Very Good level of Time management, Customer service, and Relationship Building skills.
