Senior Solutions Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Telecom Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for analyzing functional and non-functional requirements to design innovative telecom-based solutions. Your role will involve designing digital transformation solutions, analyzing RFPs, RFIs, and SOCs, and contributing to troubleshooting critical support tickets. You will also be responsible for creating high-level and low-level design documents, providing impact analysis, establishing standards, and integrating software components.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to design telecom-based solutions.
  
• Design digital transformation solutions for migrating legacy systems to modern microservices.
  
• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and SOCs, and provide responses with effort estimation and technical solutions.
  
• Contribute to troubleshooting critical support tickets.
  
• Write high-level and low-level design documents, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, DB models, and integration specification documents.
  
• Provide impact analysis on new changes.
  
• Establish functional or system standards to address operational requirements, quality requirements, and design constraints.
  
• Integrate software components into a fully functional system.
  
• Identify system data, hardware, or software components required to meet user needs.
  
• Review test results and make adjustments to meet requirements.
  
• Facilitate product testing and report software bugs.
  
• Conduct models and simulations to analyze system performance under different conditions.
  
• Document all aspects of software for ongoing maintenance and revisions.
  
• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes.
  
• Recommend platforms, tools, and coding standards for project development.
  
• Obtain TM-Forum Certification.
  
• Obtain TOGAF Certification.
  
• Obtain Cloud Architecture Certification.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
  
• Excellent computer skills.
  
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  

Other Requirements:

• Strong telecom background, especially in designing fulfillment and assurance tracks.
  
• Proven experience in large-scale BSS telco transformation programs, including application, infrastructure, and data design for migration from legacy systems to COTS applications.
  
• Experience with Huawei BSS is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in swagger, RESTful and SOAP APIs.
  
• Knowledge of API gateways, reverse proxies, and securing APIs using SSL/TLS, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
  
• Familiarity with preventing injection attacks.
  
• TMForum certification, especially OpenAPI knowledge, is a plus.
  
• Cloud Architecture Certification.
