Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all structural concrete and finishing works on-site Ensure execution is aligned with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules Coordinate daily activities with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements Monitor project progress, productivity, and resource allocation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports Ensure implementation of quality control procedures Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site Resolve technical site issues and provide effective engineering solutions Participate in inspections, project handovers, and snag list closures Social Insurance Medical Insurance Bonus Incentive Mobile Allowance Transportation Allowance Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field 3–5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer Strong experience in concrete and finishing works Previous experience in residential, resort, or coastal projects is highly preferred Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site coordination Ability to manage subcontractors and lead site teams effectively Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
