SMB Operations Analyst

Your role
We're seeking an SMB Operations Analyst for our Strategy & Operations team. You will be crucial in ensuring the success of SMB accounts by providing proactive support, driving operational excellence, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Drawing on your proficiency in driving SMB growth & industry leadership, you will be responsible for improving internal processes, actively engaging with SMB accounts to gather their feedback and share it with relevant teams to create unique experiences only Tamara can provide.
With a proven track record of leveraging strong analytical skills and attention to detail, excel at managing processes, analyzing data, and optimizing workflows while fostering excellent communication, collaboration, and ultimately revolutionize the way millions of users shop, pay, and bank.

Your responsibilities
Conduct research and analysis on SMB accounts' performance metrics and trends to identify opportunities for growth. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in processes and execute strategic plans and initiatives. Assist in developing strategic initiatives to optimize SMB account performance and strengthen Tamara's position in the industry. Support in onboarding new SMB accounts and ensuring smooth integration with Tamara's services. Engage SMB accounts to understand their needs and challenges and share feedback with relevant internal functions.
Your expertise
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. 1 to 2 years of experience in operations roles within a similar industry, where the candidate has been involved in managing processes, analyzing data, and optimizing workflows. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in operations or account management is a plus. Prior experience in strategy, consulting, or business analysis preferred.
