Talent 360 is looking for a
Social Media Moderator to manage its online presence !
Job Responsibilities:- Reviewing and moderating all user-generated content within comments, images, links, videos, audios, private messages, and user profiles.
- Moderating communities in social networking sites, including Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms, and adapting methodology where appropriate to ensure that the brand tone of voice is consistent.
- Responding to and following up with queries from any communication channel to provide prospects with prompt and professional information in a timely manner.
- Monitoring all information and news related to the industry and the company to anticipate potential issues.
Job Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of experience as a moderator
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Excellent written and speaking the English language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work Conditions:- Working hours: from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM OR from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
- Fridays & Saturdays are off
- Locations: Nasr City / Hybrid
