NOK is hiring a "Social Media Team leader" for a creative marketing agency located in Zahraa Elmaadi
Job Responsibilities:
1) Monitor multiple client accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube public and direct messages for customer comments, feedback, queries, and complaints.
2) Engage with and respond to users within agreed client SLA via Arabic and English responses as well as advanced copywriting experience
3) Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
4) Formulate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the performance of social ads.
5) Collaborate with other departments within the company to leverage and monitor compelling social media content.
Job Requirements:
1) 4+ years of experience in Social Media (Preferred leading a team)
2) Excellent English & Arabic language
3) Experience in #KSA market is a must.
4) Excellent Experience in media buying
5) Target-oriented and able to generate a large number of leads.
