Description
Is to establish and maintain well-defined plans for performing and managing the testing activities and transform the identified test conditions into abstract test cases along with managing all the testing activities within an organization by overseeing all aspects, from planning to execution. In addition to functionally and technically guiding the testing team, this includes leading training sessions, conducting audits on existing processes, and creating new ones based on feedback from audits or other sources of information regarding best practices.

Duties
- Develop a test strategy, outlining the overall approach to testing the software application. It encompasses the objectives, scope, test levels, test techniques, and resources required for the testing process.
- Actively participate in the SDLC phases, from requirements gathering to successful delivery.
- Create a test plan outlining the test objectives, schedule, deliverables, and setup of the test environment.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to the team members, helping them improve their skills and productivity.
- Reviewing test artifacts and managing test execution.
- Develop, review, and approve test summary reports issued by the testing team.
- Monitor test progress against the plan and ensure conducting progress review meetings.
- Evaluate and improve the testing process by assessing the effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the quality and efficiency of the testing activities.
- Work closely with the project manager and technical team to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Conduct user training, demos, and UAT.
- Provide technical guidance to the testing team that includes leading training sessions, conducting audits on existing processes, and creating new ones based on feedback from audits or other sources of information regarding best practices.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- BSc in Computer science, Computer Engineering, or ITI.
- At least 7 Years of work experience, (3 of them in leading positions).
