Software Testing Engineer

We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Software Quality Engineer who embodies a hands-on, flexible, and goal-oriented approach. Collaborating closely with our startup's founders, investors and our team of Data Scientists and Software Engineers, you will play a pivotal role in building an AI Powered Saas for the fashion industry in EMEA. Your proactive attitude, willingness to dive into tasks, adaptability, and commitment to achieving goals will be essential in this role. As a valued member of our dynamic team, you will have a significant impact on shaping the future of fashion intelligence through your contributions.
Skills, Qualifications & Responsibilities:
●1 - 2 years of experience in various types of testing, including integration, functional, UAT, performance, scalability, and regression testing.
●Proficiency in API and data testing.
●Ability to build and execute test cases and scenarios and prepare defect/bug reports.
●Analytical skills to evaluate user stories and use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
●Experience in developing automation scripts and applying quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
●Familiarity with conducting user research and gathering customer feedback to inform product development.
●Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Flurry, Mixpanel, etc.
●Capability to manage the product development process by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (including developers, designers, marketers, and data analysts) to develop, test, and launch products that align with customer needs and business goals.
●Ability to monitor key product metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product and drive growth.
●Aptitude to prioritize features and enhancements and make trade-offs based on product vision, customer needs, and business goals.
