Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for aSpare Parts Development and Sales Manager for one of our partners in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:


  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies in line with market trends, customer needs, and company goals. 
  • Conduct market research to identify potential product opportunities and gaps in the market. 
  • Cost and Budget Management: Work closely with procurement and finance teams to establish product cost targets and manage the development budget. 
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising product quality. 
  • Supplier and Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors for components, materials, and manufacturing processes. 
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and competitive pricing. 
  • Market Launch: Develop launch plans and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product positioning, messaging, and promotional materials. 
  • Manage sales teams with product training and provide technical expertise to customers as needed. 
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor product performance in the market and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement or new product iterations. 
  • Evaluate product lifecycle stages and make recommendations regarding product updates, enhancements, or discontinuation. 
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to automotive parts. Ensure product compliance with applicable regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements. 
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and other professionals involved in product development. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members. 

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree (Automotive mechanical engineering is preferred) 
  • At least 10 years of experience in the same position.
  • To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in automotive engineering, product development, and project management. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of the automotive spare parts market, are essential. 
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities are also crucial for collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving product development initiatives.

  • Digital Marketing & Social Media technics 
  • Spare Parts Development Plans Preparing and implementing 
  • Spare Parts Sales Monthly and Yearly Plans Preparing and implementing 
  • Market continuous studying to find Business gaps and to allocate business potential opportunities 
  • Market continuous studying to allocate new areas and new customers 
  • Searching and contracting with new required Suppliers to cover market business gaps in the different price positions 
  • Communicate with suppliers for strengthen business relationship, prices, payment term and delivery enhancement 
  • Spare Parts Pricing according to Cost, Competitor and Customer 
  • Spare parts Monthly and yearly Forecasting and continuous stock analysis 
  • Automotive Service Centers Management. 
  • Establishing and Equipping New Automotive Service Centers. 
  • Improving Productivity and Reducing Expenses for Automotive Service Centers. 
  • Managing and Following up Customer Satisfaction Policies and problems Solving
