Pinerium is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Startup Enablement Program Specialist to support the execution of our startup enablement program.
In this role, you will coordinate the program’s day-to-day operations — from startup validation and onboarding to service delivery and reporting. You will also support partnership activities, including handling MoUs, contracts, and collaboration opportunities with venture capital firms, accelerators, and ecosystem stakeholders.
This is a growth-oriented position that offers exposure to startups, VCs, and new markets, while contributing to Pinerium’s mission of enabling digital transformation across the region.
Program Operations
Coordinate the startup validation process and ensure applications meet program criteria.
Support onboarding for startups at various stages (ideation, validation, traction, growth).
Track credit allocations and professional service delivery using Pinerium’s enablement framework.
Maintain dashboards and prepare reports to monitor program outcomes.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Engagement
Assist with the preparation and management of MoUs and contracts with partners and stakeholders.
Research and identify new VCs, ecosystem partners, and markets to expand the network.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and documentation to support partnership discussions.
Support relationship management with partners, ensuring smooth communication and reporting.
Community & Events
Assist in planning and coordinating workshops, webinars, and training sessions delivered through Pinerium Academy.
Support content creation such as newsletters, case studies, and founder spotlights.
Participate in ecosystem events and community initiatives to promote the program.
0–1 year of experience in startups, program coordination, partnerships, or business development.
Passion for startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
Confidence in engaging with founders, VCs, and ecosystem stakeholders.
Proficiency in Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Creator, Desk, Projects, Campaigns, Analytics, etc.) is required.
Understanding of SaaS, digital transformation, and business automation.
Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
Must be a non-smoker (All types).
Direct exposure to startup founders, venture capital firms, and ecosystem leaders.
Hands-on experience in program management, partnerships, and startup enablement.
