Responsible for project management of internal strategy initiatives with different scopes, timelines and complexity
Contributes to the Operations Strategic Plan by applying advanced knowledge of functional areas.
Establish and define project deliverables and objectives.
Communication and manage different stakeholders at different levels in the organization.
Identify risks and obstacles, quantify impacts, ensure mitigations and contingency plans are executed.
Lead formal project interaction reviews, readiness.
Has expert knowledge that extends across multiple disciplines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or closely related specialty; an MBA or a relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.
At least 3 years’ experience in strategy development, strategic planning
PMP is preferred.
Previous experience in Management consulting is a plus.
Able to wear multiple hats, be flexible, and grow outside of your comfort zone.
