We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and hire top talent, particularly in business roles, to further fuel our growth.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pipeline Gurus, you will be a key player in our HR team, responsible for the full recruitment cycle of business roles. You will use your expertise to attract, evaluate, and hire candidates who will meet the strategic needs of the company and contribute to our culture of success.

• Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring needs of the company.
• Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and other creative means.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all candidates.
• Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and in-person interviews for a range of business roles.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
• Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
• Serve as a brand ambassador at various outreach and networking events.
• Continuously work on ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience.
• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and non-hired candidates, and other candidate relationships.
