Talent Acquistion Specialist
Cairo Operations – Human Resource / Full Time / Hybrid
Responsibilities:
+ Handle day-to-day operations related to recruitment: sourcing, filtering, evaluating, interviewing, and arranging interviews.
+ Participate in firm branding initiatives.
+ Represent and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
+ Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs.
+ Build a high-quality pipeline and attract top candidates.
+ Handle onboarding of new employees.
+ Provide reports\dashboards on recruitment activities timely and accurately.
+ Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvements of processes and practices.
Qualifications:
+
Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition. +
Fluent in Arabic & English. + Preferably certified in SHARM or CIPD (level 3 or 5) or any equivalent certification.
+ Familiar with Recruiting Tools and systems like: LinkedIn, Lever
+ Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
+ Excellent document development through MS Office.
+ Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.
