JOB TITLE
Talent Management Associate Manager | MAF Global Solutions | HC

ROLE SUMMARY
Supports the Talent Management Manager in Leading the Talent Management services delivery team to manage end-to-end Talent Management Services Delivery activities for Retail. The talent management activities mainly include but not limited to performance management, Talent Identification, Succession and 360 for Retail.

ROLE PROFILE

• Work closely with Talent Management Team to drive the execution and support all talent management shared services activities for businesses across all countries.
• Monitor the Service Management ticketing tool “AskGS), ensure tickets are assigned/ reassigned to the relevant agent and completed without breaching the SLA.
• Act as an SME and deliver Talent Management services for the following activities: Employee performance journey, Talent Identification and Success Planning, Graduates Program and 360-degree evaluations
• Manage Talent Management Projects as needed with close collaboration with the Talent Management Manager
• Develop and maintain trust relationships with Retail Human Capital stakeholders and the Center of Excellence within Majid Al Futtaim
• Manage multiple stakeholders both centrally, regionally, and locally.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a generalist human resources role/s with at least 2 years in the specialist fields of talent management, talent development, and learning
• Shared Services experience within human capital preferred.
• Exposure to HR technologies knowledge preferably SAP SuccessFactors LMS and service delivery platforms.
• Very good project management and excellent reporting skills
• Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of HC, preferably in talent management such as performance ecology, performance management evaluations methodologies, performance management tools, talent segmentations, succession, emerging talent development, graduate, and internships
